11 ~ Frankfort
Effective March 7th, 2011 Route 11 ~ Frankfort will relaunch as the refreshed route which it has been posted to be on the DB. Information regarding this route is as follows: there are now 2 distinct branches which will run on the Frankfort Line: 11 and 11S.
The addition of 12S means that the route will spend more time going north and southbound on Frankfort Ave and less time on other non-focus areas. Another difference is that the old route 11 used to travel to the Waterfront Bus Terminal which is no longer occurring, instead the route begins at the Castle Gardens pull-off and continues north to Grant Blvd. rest area.
12 ~ Columbus
Effective March 7th, 2011, Route 12 ~ Columbus will relaunch as the refreshed Route 12 which now has 3 distinct branches. Route 12, 12S (North Columbus), and 12S (South Columbus). Due to the construction which is occuring on Columbus Ave. this route structure will remain in effect well into the future.
